Refunds and Returns

We proudly stand by the quality of our products, and want our customers to be happy with their orders. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us at alexahub@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.

At this time, we can only accept returns for sealed, unopened packs in their original condition within 14 days of shipment delivery date. Please contact info@mimotoys.ca to process your refund.
